Today I'm going to write about local signature food.
(Because I watched some cooking videos on Youtube during last weekend.) ** YouTube--Capital 'T"

Not Necessary (In my case)   I LIVE in Daejeon, and its local signature food is: Kal-guksu (Knife-cut noodles).
As its name suggests, it's a bowl of broth with knife-cut wheat flour noodles.
Even though I've eaten Kal-guksu outside of Daejeon, the Kal-guksu that I EAT in Daejeon Is way more delicious!
(nice & chewy noodles with flavorful & savory soup)

Anyway, I wonder what your local signature food is!

Our famous sandwich in Philadelphia is called a cheesesteak. It is made with a long Italian roll, chopped steak meat, and delicious melted cheese. Many people like fried onions and/or peppers on there too. I like mine with ketchup or pizza sauce.. It is a very big sandwich, so it is ideal for a quick dinner as well as lunch.
